understood the Personal Data Protection,Processing and
Privacy Policy and Text of the
Company transmitted to me by the ("Company") and that I have expressly consented to all the following
matters; for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements of the contracts made or for the purpose of the
Company's sales/marketing of its products and services, providing after-sales services, campaigns,
advertisements and other promotional activities for products and services, providing surveys and
feedback, cooperating with product service supply, transportation services, and conducting business
activities and with customers the personal data such as identity, address, contact information and other
personal data, including but not limited to, can be stored for the period defined in the laws and/or as
necessary for the purpose of processing, and can be processed in accordance with the issues mentioned in
the laws and regulations; that it can be taken, recorded, stored, reorganized, explained and transferred
in accordance with the law, by taking the necessary security measures, in electronic or physical media
in a time suitable for the purpose of processing, directly or indirectly; that I have been enlightened
by the Company regarding all these and subject to the above-mentioned purposes, that my personal data
may be transferred by the Company to the Company employees/authorities, Group companies (Company and/or
business partners, shareholders) residing in Turkey, especially EAE Aydınlatma, EAE Elektroteknik, EAE
Teknoloji, and abroad, EAE Germany, EAE America, EAE Australia, EAE Italy, EAE France and EAE BAE, to
public institutions and organizations, to business partners, suppliers, dealers and/or service providers
with whom the Company cooperates or works for the execution of services and/or activities to be provided
to me within the scope of legal and legal obligations, and service providers residing abroad from which
services are provided within the scope of hosting service (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
