Busbar system (MV-CR) is moulded by combining Copper and Aluminium conductors within tin-plated Al profile frame. As Al is a "Non-ferrous" metal therefore the material is lighter than sheet metal. Furthermore, rather low hysteresis losses resulting from low temperature rise in the frame ensures minimization of power loss in the system. As is known, Al (Aluminium) is a fine conductor, it ensures grounding on the busbar frame.
MV (Medium Voltage Busbar) consists of Copper and Aluminium conductors embedded within a homogeneous insulation alloy of pure silicon minerals and epoxy resin,thereby ensuring high mechanical strength and chemical resistance.
E-Line MV Series Busbar Systems are utilized in facilities for horizontal or vertical energy distribution. Medium Voltage Busbar System are manufactured for power transmission and distribution requirements in high secure structures and facilities. Medium Voltage MV Cast Resin Busbar is developed for power systems ranging between 12 kV-24 kV and 950A and 5700A.
