E-Line URC-A / URC-AX Trolley Busbar

URC (Uni-Rail Conductor) Trolley Busbar are designed where each conductor is assembled as a separate unit and the current collector cars perform uninterrupted electricity transfer to the machine.

E-Line URC Trolley Busbar can be used indoors and outdoors, in harsh conditions due to the fact that the conductors are in separate housings. Suspended and reeled cables are eliminated.

General Features

    E-Line URC: Crane/ Moving Busbar
  • E-LINE URC, Trolley Busbar systems are designed and manufactured to fulfil the power requirements of systems where locations are transitioned.
    Crane/ Moving Busbar Working Speed: Maximum 200 m/min.

    E-Line URC "Trolley busbar system", consists of a current collector car conveying current ensuring that the collection of power from desired locations by means of conductors of copper, galvanized metal sheet or aluminium with insulated exterior along the axis of movement. The supply component ensures continuous supply to the system at the required location, expansion component, insertion component e- frame connections and the closure component ensuring safe closure of the line and support components.

  • Safety of personnel is at a maximum level with the insulation of conductors.
  • Aluminium conductors busbar are URC-A and URC-AX (500A, 800A, 1000A)

  • PC temperature range of between -40 and +100°C
    Functionality
  • E-Line URC-A / URC-AX high current series are "V type" stainless steel bearings that ensure the conductor surfaces are strengthened against wear and tear, therefore they have a long service life.
  • For serial systems operating on the same axis, it is suitable to install a single line. It is possible to receive electricity with one or more current trolleys on the same line. It can be installed horizontally or vertically according to the requirements of the system.
    Personnel Safety
  • Safety of personnel is at a maximum level with the insulation of conductors.
  • IP23 Protection Class.
    Reliability
  • Accidents and malfunctions caused by moving cables, pulleys and similar elements in the system are eliminated.
  • It can be safely used for many years in outdoor conditions due to the design of the conductors in different bodies, outer insulation and material selection.
