E-Line TB and E-Line URC series Trolley Busbar are designed to power mobile machinery. The current collector car, which provides electrical transfer from the trolley busbar, is mechanically connected to the mobile system and moves along with the system to provide uninterrupted electrical transfer.
It consists of insulated busbars and a moving current collector car. Problems encountered in energy distribution are eliminated with the use of suspended and reeled cables in conventional systems.
E-LINE TB Series: 35A - 250A It provides electrical energy transmission and distribution at current levels between 35A and 250A. (Multi-conductive body and movable busbar with copper conductor) Many current combinations and different usage types can be created with the standard PVC body.
E-Line URC Series: 90A - 1000A It provides electrical energy transmission and distribution at current levels between 90A and 1000A. It is a “Trolley Busbar" system with a single conductor body suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It has copper, aluminium or galvanized sheet conductors.

Current capacity of URC-A busbar with aluminium (Al) conductor is: 500A, 800A, 1000A |
The current trolleys move along the busbar. The current brushes, which can wear out over time, can be easily replaced in the system. By placing a pulling arm on the machine to be fed, the console set to which the current trolley is connected is fixed on the pulling arm and moves with the machine along the conductor.

cable systems.
PERSONNEL SAFETY
All conductors are enclosed in a C-PVC housing to provide maximum
personnel safety.
FUNCTIONALITY
It is possible to get electricity from the same trolley busbar with more than
one current collector. It allows for easy mounting and installation.
